Key Responsibilities
1. Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# and .NET technologies.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver project requirements.
3. Optimize and enhance existing software solutions for performance and scalability.
4. Debug and resolve software defects and issues across all environments.
5. Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
6. Stay current with industry trends and integrate new technologies into existing solutions.
Skills & Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in C# development.
3. Strong knowledge of .NET Framework and .NET Core.
4. Experience with SQL Server and database design.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
